We inform all interested Serbian citizens that the Consular Day in Montreal will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 12:00 to 15:00, at the premises of the Serbian Orthodox Church Holy Trinity, located at:
349 Avenue Melville, Westmount, QC H3Z 2J8, Canada
On this occasion, all consular services will be available except the issuance and renewal of travel documents (passports).
Please note that if you require the certification of a power of attorney, it is necessary to send the text of the power of attorney in Word (.doc) format, along with a copy of a valid personal identification document for verification, and your exact address in Canada, to the email: consular.ottawa@mfa.rs, no later than December 11, 2025.
We also inform all interested applicants that they must schedule an appointment in advance through the Embassy of Serbia in Ottawa in order to receive the required forms and information. Appointments can be made by phone at: 613-233-6280.
We will not be able to accept applications from individuals without a scheduled appointment or without the necessary documentation.
The consular fee for this Embassy can be paid in one of the following ways:
- At Canada Post, you can obtain a Money Order, or at your bank, a Bank Draft, made payable to Embassy of the Republic of Serbia. Personal checks are not accepted.
