With sorrow, yet with steadfast faith and hope in the Resurrection and life everlasting, we inform the faithful that Protopresbyter-Stavrophor Živorad Subotić, longtime parish priest of our Holy Trinity Church in Montreal, has fallen asleep in the Lord on Monday, March 30th.
A visitation will be held at the church in Montreal on Sunday, April 5, after the Divine Liturgy, and on Monday, April 6 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The Funeral Service and burial will take place at the Monastery of the Holy Transfiguration of the Lord in Milton on Wednesday, April 8th, at 2:00 p.m.
We pray to the Lord God that He grant rest to the soul of His newly departed servant, Protopresbyter-Stavrophor Živorad, and grant him a place in the Kingdom of Heaven.
